This restaurant focuses on lyon cuisine in the southern half of the france, probably with some Italian, Swiss and German influence. I loved food here. I started with cold squash soup and found it different from everything I've ever had and pretty delicious. Then I got the maple of the bressone rabbit that was also very tasty. I finished with the pink praline pie that was very good even if I found it too sweet at the time I finished it. Maybe eating only half a session would solve this problem. I know the French approach to dinner is to take his time, so I'm not sure what should be reasonable expectations. However, being alone, I was not located to have a good conversation between the plates...
