Surprise dishes are very good surprises, of great finesse and originality. We took the service in 4 dishes, but we quickly regretted it: we should have taken the 7 dishes so everything was tasty! Very good experience, a surprise formula including a shower, two entrances, a dish and a dessert, with wonderfully cooked ingredients. Sober, discreet and welcoming service. Note, however, that for a better tasting, you may need to designate the dishes and their component before tasting them to enjoy it and then discuss it once the dish is finished. Think to book a little in advance if you are vegan the menu changes regularly but this time, at noon: mouth hyperfresh, asparagus and vegetable cream, celery risotto and dessert a cheesecake with the perfect coconut!
