We came with family, 5 adults and 5 children, for a pleasant moment. that we expected to be pleasant..................1st disappointment, almost half of what we wanted in the menus was no longer available (the fish from the menu at 20 and 24€, the stuffed cabbage, the wine) it started bad. we finally order (3 auvergnates formulas and 2 menus to 24€) and take a small aperitif. and what was not our surprise when barely finished cheating, our dishes are already served! 20 minutes before we came to take our order while the restaurant was only filled to 3/4 (3 people to serve.) the salmon in the entrance was good. a few kilometers from Saint-Flour at the end of a small road that runs along the river, an establishment where it makes good to stay. It's not our first visit and we're never disappointed. the reception is pleasant, the attentive service and the very correct kitchen. the hotel has a spa and a swimming pool.
The boss is very nice and cuts in four to satisfy the clientele. the rooms are clean and well maintained and there is even a heated pool. the frame is very nice with its small stream down. It's easy to go around. While the hotel is a little far from st flour, everything is indicated in its name.
