This a very friendly Pub That is situated in a corner of the village square that serves very tasty Pub type food, and yes the Pasty’s can be a bit dry but there is plenty of choice to fish n chips, curries , omelettes etc...etc making it a very popular meeting place for a bite to eat, a drink and a chat. The Owner is English but that he speaks French all the time time is very misleading , You will be greeted in French but if you do not speak French , David will very quickly speak to you in English as will most of the very friendly barmaids. Good morning Using a relay and chateaux box, I booked a meal, a room and breakfast for my wife and myself for the evening of November 1st. Ah yes, November 1st was the evening of storm Ciaran. I tried to cancel in view of this storm 24 hours in advance. Response from the hotel: with the box it is 48 hours in advance...what to do? I was there with English mates {Not Brits, as we are English now! Especially after Brexit with the Irish/Scottish problems. Oh dear and the Salmond problem... and I did not eat but they did. They told me that the omelettes were excellent, as they...had not eaten them in Brittany before [Many restos do not provide them in small places Chips were average. Service was good. The beer was acceptable. Another Englishman I talked to told me that it is up and down, but normally good.
