We two had a really lovely 'menu de jour ' last week. Our French was poor but the young waiter explained the menu to us very clearly. We had a fabulous three course meal, Bread basket, water, a white wine and a beer for €36. We sat outside under the shade of the trees and happily watched the world go by. It 's just off the traffic island, some noise but entertained by the French drivers, their driving and their parking! Good attentive service, will definitely return.
This is clearly the place to be in Capbreton after sunset! We were there late sept 2017, and the city was very quiet overall, but this place was really busy and vibrant. Great vibe, great people, decent prices, need I say more?
Le café de la Gare est une institution à Capbreton, un Bar restaurant comme on en fait plus. Simple mais coloré, sans chichi et avec des saveurs du monde. Le personnel est agréable et la carte bien fournie. Je recommande !
