Stumbled on this place whilst looking for the highly rated restaurant next door, which wouldn't serve us at 13h40!Luckily for us the more enterprising and friendly Café des Clercs served up an excellent lunch. I had a very nice carpaccio, whilst my wife and daughter both had the day's speciality, a fillet steak, which both said was really good and tender. There was also a very reasonably-priced "menu" for about 12€.The café is situated on a nice little square (we ate outside), the waitress was very friendly and the "patron" amiable. All in all, a reflection of Montélimar itself - unpretentious, pleasant and likeable

we regularly settle at the terrace of this coffee to take a drink on Saturday after the market. This noon, we decided to have lunch. Good idea. the dish of the day (canard dish) was excellent and tender. for 10, 80 euros we have very well eaten with dish and dessert.
We feel very well. a charming and nice couple that makes us feel very comfortable. A very good menu at a very correct price. a small place quieter than the market square, beautiful trees and a delicious coffee!

a nice place, a small bistro or the cook puts good small dishes of the day (the sauerkraut is a delight.) a stop to be done on the way to the place of the temple!
this pleasant coffee serves a small menu of the day on the noon that is nice. I don't know. a couple of nice Provencal Alsatians
a good small restaurant with a very good value for money. the bosses are very friendly, a good choice of wines.
