We were incredibly fortunate to get invited to the monthly Folk Night at Le Cafe Des Mets in the village of Montbray. Florentine is a great chef. The food was sublime. Incredibly good value. The entertainment was a treat. A fusion of French and English cultures. Very enjoyable evening.
Flo- the proprietor is French- married to a Welshman- good combination. Food is very good. Served tues to friday. Service excellent. Great value for money. Good for early evening drink- no food in evening -sat outside in the sun. Great place and local to Le Calipel Sue and Tony
We came across this cafe in Montbray one morning and decided to stop for breakfast. The service was very good and reasonably priced. It was so good that we travelled there the following morning for another croissant and Coffee.
