The last Friday in September not so much end of season as out of season! We thought they wouldn't be busy so didn't book. Arrived to find the place almost full but got lovely table for 2 on the terrasse fortunately it was a beautiful warm evening. We did a quick headcount there were 35 customers!! Friendly smiling waitress was also the height of efficiency. Everything, and especially the food, was just as it should be. With that number of customers the atmosphere was delightful (but not noisy). Le Cafe Sud is our favourite restaurant in Sainte Marie but that evening it excelled itself. The owner is a great character!
Had dinner here last Saturday evening a party of 5 including 2 children (7 10). The restaurant was pretty well full, both inside (where we were) and on the terrace. The food, selected from a wide and varied menu, was excellent, including the 2 children's meals. Portions were just the right size. Just the owner and one waiter serving but there were no long delays and the atmosphere was buzzing but relaxing. The fact that the final of the Champions League was playing on the large screen kept our 7 year old grandson engrossed while the rest of us talked long over our coffee. A superb evening.
Arrival by chance but the chance does well.We were so welcome on Wednesday that we returned on Friday with other friends. I strongly advise. menus are excellent, top pizza and perfect mussels. I do not forget the Catalan cream to taste obviously, it's from I take care of it.Thank you to the boss who is really present for his customers and super warm.Very good service and quick, thanks to the very pleasant and efficient servers. a staff and a patron who are at the small care of their clients, the menu of the day was tasteful and prepared in the restaurant, the boss and the dishes are terroirs, copied, well-presented and very fresh. Ordered pizzas were very poor in ingredients, dough with lots of tomato sauce, then misery in the middle! plus you eat on terrace 2 m from the roundabout!! Anyway, it doesn't make any sense! at the level of pizza in any case, it makes tourist traps. Too bad because the servers are nice.
for a few years this restaurant has become our favorite table of ste marie always welcome with the smiles of very fresh products a delicious South coffee pizza I highly recommend
We came across this restaurant on our dog walk. The food and service were excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. Plus it was very good value for money too.
7 of us had a meal here whilst on holiday. Very good value, friendly staff, all the kids loved the food, especially the moules mariniere my daughter had. Recommended Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
