The last Friday in September not so much end of season as out of season! We thought they wouldn't be busy so didn't book. Arrived to find the place almost full but got lovely table for 2 on the terrasse fortunately it was a beautiful warm evening. We did a quick headcount there were 35 customers!! Friendly smiling waitress was also the height of efficiency. Everything, and especially the food, was just as it should be. With that number of customers the atmosphere was delightful (but not noisy). Le Cafe Sud is our favourite restaurant in Sainte Marie but that evening it excelled itself. The owner is a great character!
Had dinner here last Saturday evening a party of 5 including 2 children (7 10). The restaurant was pretty well full, both inside (where we were) and on the terrace. The food, selected from a wide and varied menu, was excellent, including the 2 children's meals. Portions were just the right size. Just the owner and one waiter serving but there were no long delays and the atmosphere was buzzing but relaxing. The fact that the final of the Champions League was playing on the large screen kept our 7 year old grandson engrossed while the rest of us talked long over our coffee. A superb evening.
The service is fast and very pleasant we have had a pleasant time. Small negative points we ordered mussels with roquefort there could be sauces and we did not smell roquefort or very can. For very good desserts also alas the recipe indicated on the map is not the same as that served.
wait at 12h50 we were served relatively quickly. Very good pizza, nothing to say and my desert was very good. Nothing to say about this point was very clean. personal the waiter was pleasant unlike the person behind the bar.

Value for the top, Albert and his wife are real restorers as we love them. Very good service, no waiting, between side and excellent wolf. And an exceptional human relationship.
Menu at 15.50€, a real pleasure for the price that we did not expect to so beautiful plates. The boss and the staff are very welcoming. I strongly advise this establishment!
We came across this restaurant on our dog walk. The food and service were excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. Plus it was very good value for money too.
7 of us had a meal here whilst on holiday. Very good value, friendly staff, all the kids loved the food, especially the moules mariniere my daughter had. Recommended

All right. We go there regularly and we are not disappointed. The mussels gratined to the Ioli are excellent.
Very good reception, very nice waiter. Good quality dish.
