Excellent! Warm welcome, dining rooms preserved in the style of the building and the food side, we are on overall local products (fats, ceps, limousine meats nuts pie... . The signature dish has been the cep omelette since 1961. There's a very complete menu. When we went there, the dish of the day was the lamb ris (no veal to the ceps: a discovery and a delight. Anyway, we eat it very well and we're getting full. Price side: € (of 3€)
By the way in the area, we had the right idea to stop at Cantou... The service and the dishes were at the top. All the staff has a smile, the plates are well provided and we are happy to taste them. Here is a restaurant to recommend without hesitation!!!
A beautiful house in the heart of Collonges with a pleasant terrace in the summer and a kitchen always at the height and a warm welcome. The third generation of the family I believe ensures a beautiful continuation of this culinary history.
