For our part, we chose the tasting menu, which is a 4-course chain. seasonings, sauces, and balance on each of the dishes were perfect. It was very good. Only flat, dessert. a hair below the dishes that have been offered to us. small mention for our server, very pleasant, smiling and that made this experience even better.
