Dishes are well presented, that's a fact. The service is quite poor even though the waiter is professional. Quality of the food is areal problem. Food is not at all organic. Evry thing seems to be purchased in a specialized shop. Whe you go to a restaurant, specially in France, you will love the genuine cuisine which gives pride of place to high-quality produce. This is not the case of this restaurant which seems to be the Rep of industrial food. Meet is from EU, not french and clearly not tasty at all. Vegetables are not prepared there. Wine is unsatisfactory.
A very good meal, a very original entry in flavors, pear poached with gorgonzola. A 7-hour lamb dish and their signature desserts. A very pleasant reception and impeccable service, thanks to the master of the place.
