Deuxième visite à cet établissement, mais cette fois dans un but bien précis.... le menu homard.... Quel plaisir... quelle joie.... ce menu est très bien équilibré.... et pourtant à notre âge avancé, trois services, plus les amuse bouche, le désert, et les sucreries, cela aurait pu être trop.... Tout est élégant, léger, aérien... Monsieur Samin m'a fait manger plus de petits légumes de saison que jamais je ne le fais.... y compris certains que je refuse ordinairement.... c'est tout l'art d'un grand que de savoir nuancer les goûts, et apprivoiser les saveurs pour émerveiller nos papilles. Nous avions pris le menu avec les accords mets/vins.... là encore, ce fut trois réussites que l'oenologue...
A beautiful evening. the hotel is very well; Basic room very elegant and good bedding. breakfast is very well with excellent local products and homemade pastries. I kept the best: dinner. The samin olive kitchen is all in subtlety, lightness and full of creativity. We were really excited by his kitchen. service is efficient and pleasant. It is a beautiful table with a good value for a macaron michelin. one of the addresses not to be missed in drôme ardèche if you are gastronome.
Excellente adresse! Le raffinement et de l'invention des nombreux amuses-bouche au dessert... Un décor et un service parfait. Une carte de vins commentée par M. Chauvin, un sommelier hors pair. L'hôtel est une super affaire avec un décor et un confort remarquable, ainsi qu'un staff avenant et aimable. Parmi les plats ce soir-là: filet de barbue cuite à basse température. Et du veau succulent en deux cuissons. Présentation impeccable et....belle!
Welcome to the hotel which was very pleasant, also in the gastronomic restaurant where we were pleasantly surprised by the sweetness and flavors of the tastes as well as their presentations on the plates. Simple and comfortable hotel but the restaurant is absolutely magnificent. Refined and creative cuisine served by a great team in the shaded patio. A well-deserved Michelin star for Chef Olivier Samin. The wine list is superb and the local products excellent.
