that was our third trip to le carre d’ange, although we weren’t for a few years. my man and I are definitiw food and the meal we had the eight curs carre de plaisir tasting menu (plus many extras) was exquisite, and. the service was impeccable. the meal was much better than those served in many Michelin star restaurants we visited, with an amazing variety of aromen and everything beautifully presented. I didn't drink any wine, but the weeping that my man had chosen from the cook were both excellent. we will definitely come back. also the fours served with coffee were nice and delicious. the meal was not cheap, but it was an excellent value for money and certainly an unforgettable experience.
We had dinner at Le Carré d’Ange on a Tuesday evening, end of September (i.e. very few tourists in the region). We kicked off with a nice glass of bubbles, and then went for the 3 courses meal: “fois gras” “Homard”, followed by “turbot” fish (both...of us), and as dessert the chocolate tarte tatin. To “flush” this super food down, we went for an excellent Pouilly fumeé (half bottle). The food dishes were nicely presented (very nice person who served our food), and in-between, there were several small bites. The price was correct for this high level restaurant. We strongly recommend this place!
WOW, quoi dire. En voyage nous avons fait plusieurs restaurant dans le Guide Michelin, celui la est un de nos préférés. Nourriture, le 8 services est impeccable, le chef est un anciens 2e chef de restaurant 3 étoiles, ca reflète la nourriture car je ne croyais pas ce que je mangeais! Que dire du serveur, il aime ce qu'il fait et ca se reflète, comme le chef. L'endroit et la location semble étrange au début, mais aussitôt que vous rentrez vous serez reçu comme des roi, avec un sentiment familial
Where to start. We spent a moment out of time! from the welcome to the end it was perfect, the whole team was very professional, thanks to the waiter to the white shirt (with the origins of the meeting, sorry I don't know his name) for his kindness! And of course, the chef for his kitchen! I recommend without hesitation this establishment and which deserves its place to the michelin guide with its cuisine with extraordinary flavors.

Moment inoubliable, nous avons passé un moment délicieux. Ne vous laisser pas influencé par les commentaires négatifs concernant la localisation. La terrasse extérieure est charmante, il est facile de laisser de côté le bruit des voitures. Le service est impeccable, la nourriture incroyable. Nous avons fait plusieurs restaurants michelin et celui ci ce meritterai un 3 étoiles michelin. A essayer.
Un chef qui aime son métier, qui a l'amour des bons produits et qui les sublime dans des associations novatrices et originales. Un jeune serveur qui sait mettre en valeur le travail du chef. Une ambiance de personnes qui ne sont pas que collègues mais composent une petite famille. Tout se ressent dans l'assiette. De l'amour et de la sincérité. 5 étoiles.
De l accueil, du service en passant par la cuisine, nous avons passé un excellent moment avec des mets délicieux à l occasion des 60 ans de mariage de mes beaux parents. Tout était parfait, je recommande le Carre d'Ange à tous les épicuriens.
Well hidden from the road, we feel like we're going to a secret garden. The chef's cuisine is generous and greedy, nothing but to hear that the risotto recipe under the lobster with the girolles (deals to damn it) comes from the grandmother.

beautiful lunch in the garden. sevice was impeccable and the extensive menu was so inviting that we did not go for the surprise menu. every cure was well done and not disappointed. highly recommended.
