When we first walked past Le Caruso there was a sign on the door saying they were closed temporarily. Fortunately when we arrived we were warmly greeted and asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside (the Saint Paul de Vence Annual Garlic Harvest Festival) was happening and all the village was there to celebrate.
