For the evening of the new year, while we had long reserved, we were installed in the room called the cellar. This seemingly planned room to host tour operators appeared to us, first of all, very cold: a table of two, ours, a table of six, remained unoccupied during our meal and a large table of about thirty people monopolizing the attention of the servers. We ordered traditional dishes: sauerkraut and bäkeofe. It was disappointing. If you want to eat a good and true Alsatian cuisine, this address is really not good to remember.

Original decoration but the space remains a little narrow to eat, perhaps because we had not booked in advance. The tarts are excellent! The taste of the hamburger personally is a little bit strong even with the munster but my boyfriend found it super good. We prefer hamburger with munster than without. Great discovery in any case!

Super local specialties restaurant with very gourmet dishes I strongly recommend hamburgun with munster sauce and sauerkraut. We will return for sure when we return to Colmar. Thank you.
