Le caveau Saint Uguzon

We had a really good lunch here. The food was very good regional cuisine, the staff were attentive to my partners food allergy and despite the other reviews about the service, it was quirky, nothing else wrong with it. The staff obviously have a routine and it just the way it's done, there's a set way to serve, take the orders, timing etc. we enjoyed our meal and would go back next time we're in Nuits

We found this restaurant by chance, at 8 pm. In this area, it seems, people start eating at 7 pm. But, we were welcomed in to what was an authentic restaurant for the area, with an authentic menu. Everything was excellent. Escargot, perfectly cooked and served. Sandre ( fish), and boeuf bourguignonne. Good price on local wines.

My husband and I enjoyed a very nice meal here during our last stay in Nuits St. George. We both ordered the escargots and the beef bourgognon, which was terrific! Very tender and flavorful. The crème brulee was very good too. We hope to return on our next trip to Burgandy.

Food was absolutely delicious, perfect amounts, simple but great presentation. I highly recommend their home made desert Vacherin! Staff was very friendly. We wil return for sure!

Great regional food enjoyed by all the family. We all had the menu de jour. The staff where excellent!
