Then comes the very friendly waitress and I let myself try with the suggestions. My companion takes a dish from the card a sure value will tell us later the cook. Well, I haven't eaten so well in a while. A lot of simplicity and greediness on our plates. I was pleased to discuss with the chef ... he was very proud of his home-made products and local suppliers.
