very good reception in a beautiful place, excellent location with a superb view of the lake and on gérardmer. clean room and bathroom, nickel cleaning, really nothing to say. full board restaurant with quality and regional products. I have seen on some opinions that the restaurant was lacking in choice, but at home I do not offer a "à la carte" meal. Get your feet under the table and be served with a smile, I say great! the staff is listening and very friendly. admired fireworks from our balcony, it's a real luxury! I really recommend this cottage where everything is perfect. we will come back in winter to discover this beautiful region of the snow underneath;-)
Reserved planes 1 week before for a terrace dinner with our dog in the restaurants and we mentioned it during the reservation. We've been coming with our animal for 2 to 3 times in the summer. Arrived on site we were kindly refused to accept us because of wind on the terrace .... 27° in the shade!!! and that he did not take the dogs even on the terrace. From whom do we make fun, we made 60kms for dinner and with a reservation confirmed by such. Inadmissible !!!! Friends of animals abstain. No call to inform us that they would not serve on the terrace. In this restaurant the customer is not king !!!!
Very nice discovery! A pleasant welcome, cocooning atmosphere around a fireplace fire, a lot of flexibility given a diet, and of course all this is not at the expense of the quality of the dishes served on the plates, on the contrary.. Small map but no matter what was excellent (5 different dishes around our table). So don't hesitate to cross the Chalet door by the lake, you won't be disappointed!
bad experience for the service, our unique "cheese-charcuterie" choice tonight for us was correct but it is not worthy of a place this naming restaurant. Despite the few customers, the service was limited and the atmosphere was more disturbed than welcome and we paid as for a good restaurant! the place is yet great and eating on the terrace on the lake was very pleasant.

Yes, chicken treat is oh so close but you really want something a little, less well, skippy(don't get me I wrong I love chicken treat).
