Extremely underwhelming for a “5-star” hotel. Rooms are dated but big. Location is good. There is a very small pool that allows for 7-8 lounge chairs. Service: The staff smiles and seems polite but is incompetent for most basic things. The hotel offered to book private ski lessons for us. The ski instructor was not a good teacher and we gave that feedback right after the first session and asked to replace. The hotel did not indicate any issues with replacement or provide any feedback from the school. What a beautiful view and comfortable rooms. Great valet service and polite staff at all areas. However, few maintenance points lacking in the room. Coffee machine water tank was so slimy that I complained twice, was not solved. Bathroom sink was smelly as not cleaned. Lights were flickering in some places, and was quite irritating specially as the lights were turned on automatically when moving around. No easy access for electricity points to charge mobile phones, laptops top. La Table Adrien with 1 Michelin star was a total joke of flavours and we left without finishing the dinner. We stayed for a family weekend and it was simply perfect from arrival to departure.
