We have been to this restaurant many times and the long serving staff remember us! Upstairs it has a cosy log burner surrounded by comfy armchairs and this year they had also added a corner for the kids to relax on beanbags. The food is always delicious. I particularly like the salads. Their Chantilly topped hot chocolates are fantastic although this year they had some green marshmallows on top which were not quite so good. on the last day of the holiday the normal marshmallows had returned so I suspect that they will not be ordering the green ones again! On this particular visit the snow was past its best in Morillon but we still skied there quite a lot in order to stop at Chalet D'Clair.
This must have one of the best outside seating areas on the slopes..On a gorgeous sunny afternoon obviously it was busy but they found us a table and actually served us more promptly then most restaurants on the mountain A stonking Savoyards hamburger with perfect chips, some amazing salads too. And then indoors ! The next day suddenly a cosy retreat was required and we had an excellent smoked fish salad with some very tasty little potatoes.Probably our favourite restaurant in the resort
Skiing holiday to Grand Massif and we came across a little place to have a bit of aprés ski, we thought that the service was impeccable. All in all we came back everyday for drinks and on the last day we had some fantastic food. I would like to give a special thanks to Aude who was a great waitress and made us feel welcomed. Great food, great wine, great service, all topped off with the fantastic views of the French alps
Really love this restaurant, great location, good tunes and above all great food. We had the rib eye on the specials menu and it was gorgeous. Service was excellent and really friendly. We will definitely visit more often next season. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Tasty food but I shouldn't have gone with the extra chips with my croque monsieur. My eyes were clearly bigger than my stomach. My wife had a delicious salmon and trout salad. It was her best lunch whilst we were there for the week.
Super nice place, I don't go there regularly but it's always a pleasure. ..almost impossible for me to be in Beaugency and not make a detour. .stop. .Plus the coffee is great...
Always go here - great food, fab sun terrace and peaceful - lovely service... try their carbonara it is the best!
