Small care staff, royal meal (menu to 70). Note du restaurant à deux : 260 avec un creamant, un vin, deux digestif et 2 menus à 70. The most: very fresh products, taste, varied, fine. Excelly well cooked Less: no cheese in a 70€ (or 15th more is a joke), no vegetables in the dish. Anyway, there's a little concern, but we understand that the star jumped. The dishes tested: brimbelle chutney foie gras: TRES BON, well served, tasty trout medallions: excellent, fresh. During a stay in Gerardmer, we went to the Chalet fleuri family. A refined and warm place to compensate for the lack of smiles of some staff members. This does not, however, come to bury the wonderful meal. We took the menus at 80€ with entry, fish and meat, cheese and dessert! I recommend the stuffed poultry with foie gras is just wonderful!! Excellent value for money according to us... the chalet is decorated with a lot of taste. No flat on the meal. even desserts are exquisite: the minestrone pineapples/fresh at the top! Just like the perfect guarana!!
We were for the first time in this restaurant and chose to have lunch on the map. The dishes were excellent, to note still a problem in the sauces served, and unfortunately the service was not worthy of a starred restaurant: At the arrival of the entrance, the mouth plates had not been removed and the aperitif glasses remained on the table throughout the meal, the bread we missed and was offered only at the end of the meal, the wine was late to be served and we did not even offer cheese ... Be careful not to lose the star!
Third visit to this hotel in February 2019. Quality menus. map of generous wines. Nice room staff. Furniture of the restaurant to review and especially bedding and mocks abundant in mites. Allergy crisis and respiratory gene in the room. I can't stay for more than one night. Reaction, disinvolt and almost contemptuous of the direction that seemed blasphemous.. At one time we were accustomed to this table, and we decided to come back to see. Very disappointed by the menu, the quantity in the plate, the overall benefit. Note a sumptuous wine map, but the bottle that was served us had a cork incident and we were served filtered instead of proposing another (this is what I expected). Minimum unworthy service of the name Relais et Chateaux !
The menu offered with the week offer was good but offers no choice. The nicely proposed server to change a dessert that was not appropriate. Personal care. I would like to come back for a la carte meal to taste the cuisine of this restaurant.
