Grande cuisine faite à ce Restaurant , des mets biens montés et bien présentés. Les entrées de canards ou de poisson , les tartares du moment sont excellent . Tout nou surprend et le visuel n'est pas traditionnel, un met comme du poulet est présenté très différemment qu'alleuirs. Excellent , un peu dispendieux mais tout sort de l'ordinaire , le sommelier vous aidera à choisir. Un vin compatible avec votre repas , ils ont même ds château Petrus pour les grandes bourses. La location è affascinante , all'interno dello Chauteau Frontennac in una sala con vista panoramica sul San Lorenzo a cui si accede attraversando un'enoteca con teche in cristallo climatizzate ove sono custodite ed esposte centinaia di bottiglie di vini di tutto il mondo. La cucina è su base tradizionale si di carne che di pesce ma realizzata con tocchi di creatività e aromi insoliti.

We ordered a starter, main and dessert. Had the scallop tartare, it had nice flaours and delicious crème fraiche. The cod was overcooked (unfortunately), the PEI beef was delicious. The dessert is a bit tiny for the pudding chomeur, so do order two if you are a couple. A nice dinner, but not worth $200Plus with wine. We've had better in NYC but if you want the experience, do go.

Simply an outstanding, five star, restaurant in the world famous Chateau Frontenac hotel . Yes, it's terribly expensive, but if you're seated by a window with a view of the patio, boardwalk, and St. Lawrence River, it's worth every Canadian dollar.The service is first class and so is the food. Excellent. We were greeted and given a short orientation of the Restaurant, then shown to our river view table. Our server Jonathan provided outstanding service and advice on meal selection. It was a most memorable evening.

Food and service was good. But ultimately decided that we were not in prime seating area. Lots of foot traffic in vicinity of table. So do ask about dining room when booking.

Our server didn’t tell us the price of a glass of Pinot Noir, so we assumed it was included. When we got our bill it was $36 per glass.
