I found the Chicoula while walking in Bordeaux. From the outside it is a small and cozy place, the lines and style of the interior appealed to enter and try. Unfortunately, they had no place at the time. So I booked a place and we went with my wife. The first impression when inside is that of a delicate and familiar place. We found the waitress and chef (which we met before leaving) very friendly and professional. We choose the découvert menu at 35 euros per person. What a pleasure! This is definitely a restaurant in a million. The place, the atmosphere, the service, the ambience and the beautiful decorations and the China, its all TOP Notch!! It has all personality of the cook itself. Thank you. Pierre Dac for an exceptional experience, a 4-course menu, all dishes served with an explosion of flavors! My highest recommendation!

one of the best restaurants in bordeaux, if not quite frankreich. eating is excellent and we had the 4-course menu discovery. exquisite aromen, great weinlist, more extraordinary worth. fantastic. michelin quality. Intimate atmosphere, maybe 10 tables, all dishes for ordering, exceptional detail and quality.
