Dreadful unwelcoming experience. We chose this place to stop for a quick morning coffee the place looked inviting with a huge terrace full of seats overlooking the views. When we said we just wanted coffee we were directed to some low down plastic chairs at the back where the view was blocked. We were told this was our only option because in 10minutes the empty terrace would be full of people having breakfast. We decided to leave and find an alternative. Such a shame as if they had been friendly and inviting we would have returned for more coffee/lunch/dinner over the course of the week. When we skied past 20mins later the terrace was still empty :
We were pleasantly received and especially very pleasantly accompanied and served throughout our time in this establishment! Tasty products and dishes. It feels the passion and pleasure of good things in the plate and it’s nice. We wish prosperity to this newly restored establishment (2 years), encourage them to continue so and hope to be able to share another moment in this place. Thank you.
There is a place where we can eat local products and refined cuisine is here. Tournedos de veau, a real treat and desserts are worthy of a gourmet restaurant. The mountain specialties are also of quality. The portions are generous. The service is warm, special mention to the waitress who enthusiastically presents the dishes and the work of his bosses. A beautiful discovery!
The welcome was excellent despite our group of 8 without reservation, we were able to lunch on the afternoon ski break. The service was quick and efficient, the waitresses were funny and friendly. The refined cuisine for a very good quality price ratio. There are for all tastes, a sun terrace lunch with beautiful views of the slopes, I recommend without hesitation! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
After a few mediocre meals in noisy self-service restaurants on the slopes, we found this little gem at the bottom of the Choucas button lifts. Complete contrast! It is a small cosy and intimate restaurant with decent well-prepared hearty meals. It is a little more expensive than other places but it is worth it.
Was so good this became ' the coffee stop '. had a great lunch there one day . The plate de Jour was great and excellent value. If we stopped for lunch ,more regularly we would have gone back
Under new management we (a group of 11) went for New Year's Eve yesterday 2016-2017 and wow what a great night we had. I cannot praise Christophe enough for the food, drinks and ambiance.
It was probably the best meal I’ve ever eaten on ski slopes. The menu du jour was excellent. As desert I warmly recommend the riz au lait d’amandes. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
