This Saturday noon, we were 4 friends to come to lunch at the “eye clin”. a warm and friendly welcome from the owner. an original, pleasant and comfortable scenery with a soft jazzy music and photos of yesterday’s movie stars whose owner knows all the names and that he even co-located in a more or less recent past. We were able to taste cream pintade supremes with fresh spinach just cooked but not too much and a duck magret (supplely from the South West), rosé cooked: a delight! I don't like to post reviews unless the dining experience is memorable. I have only posted 2 other reviews. I am a picky foodie vacationer, that's who I am. I won't give my 2 cents unless I think people should know. Le clin d'Oeil is an off the beat and path eatery. Tony the owner/baker is hospitable and accommodating. The food is extremely fresh and well prepared. I am Asian so I like my food prepared just right. Food temperature was hot for the main dishes as the should be. The dishes were balanced and had lots of flavour. My only warranting is contact Tony ahead of time Parisians take off on vacation late July thru to August. So we feel like we're disturbing, and for Saturday night's release hello to the relaxation. You finish your entry pass you already have the dish. A couple of restaurateur who wants to get to bed early damage, it ruins everything, beetles abstain. Level kitchen, good, but not exceptional, transditonal, no disappointment, but there will probably never be ecstasy.
Each time I am in Paris, I always seek out this neighborhood gem. The food is wonderful, classic French, the prices are a bargain (33€ for a 3 course menu), and the host is a interesting gentleman with fascinating stories. The space is decorated with Hollywood photos. I always leave with a smile on my face.

very friendly restaurant, jazzy atmosphere, class. The boss is welcoming and thoughtful. the menu is made of traditional dishes and fresh products. desserts are home, I recommend the chocolate melt! The note? dish entry dessert at 33 euros, wine is affordable so please! I'll be back soon!
I have been eating at the Clin d'Oeil for the last 8 years. Tony, the Sicilian owner is a cheerful man, a great cook and always friendly. It is always a pleasure to visit this restaurant, and you will never be disappointed. I recommend it for lunch or diner, or to organize a party.
We stayed close by, we were allowed to conquer by this restaurant with a discreet front but with a warm and cosy atmosphere. on a jazz air and in a delicate atmosphere, we were superbly advised. The meal was divine and the menu was quite reasonable! a recommend!
place quite intimate, with less than a dozen table. a decor made of photos of young American actors or less young! a very correct service and a small but very diverse card! a menu for 33€ with tasty dishes and hearty desserts! we recommend it

very nice discovery near us, as the happiness of the palace is a few steps away! warm welcome, very good nourishing dishes ( provided you take a flat dessert inlet formula as good eaters), cozy atmosphere. To be recommended!
Third time we go to this restaurant and we are never disappointed: a fierce atmosphere, a warm service and the kitchen is just excellent. We've been having fun.
