Le Clos des Vignes

Given my preferred restaurant pick was not open, I went to Le Clos des Vignes with little enthusiasm. I was wrong to be apprehensive . The venue proved to be very good and tremendously popular with only tables free by on a Tuesday...night. The menu was limited although this is in my view was a positive. The foie gras entree, slow cooked beef and rhubarb cheese cake were the highlight dishes for my wife and I. At less than for courses per person and wine available by pitchers, the meal was excellent value. Images on line of the restaurant appear dated or the restaurant has benefited from a major refurbishment.

despite a fairly neutral atmosphere, the dishes are original and. very good! We feel good. we chose wine with glass, the bourdic hill on the road deuzès, white wine and red wine ... great, we will pass to the vineyard! dishes are well served, well presented. for 2, with entrance, dish and dessert. coffee and wines, for about €100. photo, carpaccio of pineapple ... light after a good meal. Redo!

We had a lovely dinner here while staying in Castillon du Gard. I was particularly impressed with the millefeuille of melon and tomatoes, paired with grilled shrimp and crispy mushrooms. It was at once refreshing and filling, sweet and savory. Super innovative! My husband had...a well-cooked taureau (local bull). The outside terrace is particularly lovely, though the backyard is nice as well.

Went here for lunch last week, whilst on holiday in Remoulins. There are about choices for each of the starter and mains but all of them were glorious. A real treat!! The wine was lovely and the staff were so welcoming! The cherry on...the cake was the location, a beautiful hill-top medieval village. I would definately recommend Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I was in this restaurant on the final day before lockdown in and now that we have emerged, the quality of the restaurant remains undiminished, and the food still superb. Good wines, outstanding value. I've visited twice in a week.

A wonderful and delicious meal here whilst staying in the village. Incredible service and quality of food. Great wine, service and value for money. Would highly recommend

Very good meal, very helpful staff. We booked ahead to ensure a table. Weather was fantastic so we’re able to eat outside. Reasonable price, good house wines.

Not much to write home about. A good choice of menus, correct prices and service. The quality of the food is good but no positive surprises to mention. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

see if you're out of the highway or are on a trip to the tower bridge. good reception and good meals. Correct price. beautiful landscape.
