It can be difficult to find a fine restaurant in Haute Normandy. This one has all the charm of a traditional restaurant (monumental fireplace, listed redbrick dovecote, cheese trolley, pretty French village and all) but also provides a refreshing dining experience combining traditional dishes and innovation. The lobster menu is particularly to be noted. Desserts are sophisticated, light and not sugary as can too often be the case. In summary: one of the best places between Dieppe and Fecamp, if you happen to be found of white cliffs rather than sandy beeches.
A delightful Michelin star restaurant, in an unlikely spot. We enjoyed the menu "Colombier", which comprised a starter, a fish course, a meat course, cheese and desert. There were 3 or 4 choices for each course. Service was excellent, the environment was very pleasant, and the food was simply excellent. Each course was well presented, and all of the flavours were quite exquisite.A thoroughly enjoyable experience, which we would repeat if in the area again.
Excellent dinner, presentation, gastronomie in rural Normandie. Fans of sweetbread should not miss ordering their hot pot version which is an incredible sulu art experience. Deep wine list, extremely well priced menue and attention to details make this place simply great. Their creativity and dishes are all well made. They take risks (seaweed butter) that pay off and stimulate conversation. Highly recommend it.
We were returning to uk via Dieppe from Chantilly having seen the "arc" and we were disappointed with the hotel meals eaten so looked on trip advisor for a good restaurant near Dieppe. I've eaten in about a dozen Michelin starred restaurants but Le Colombier tops the list, for food quality, value, ambience and service. Quite simply the ultimate dining experience without any hint of pretension or snobbery. Difficult to find superlatives that do this place justice. Their chocolate and pistachio dome in particular will live long in the memory.

This restaurant has one star on Michelin. The 3 courses menu at 42€ we took for dinner was excellent and at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and professionnal. A Gastro gem!
This is a wonderful place to eat - two first class course for 24 euros, three for 30 euros in a delightful setting. Quite efficient service and no hurry about anything
by misfortune we are too far from bocuse or white but here we have a chef .cuisine ,service , welcome frame setting tables, everything is perfect.
