We went with low expectations, food didn't look good at all. Restaurant was empty, but one of the waiters from another bar told us to go and it was worth it. The food was absolutely stunning, it was so good I went to... the cook to tap him, it was creepy when he didn't speak English and I didn't speak French, I hope he will read that, you have a taste of the best restaurants in the world. Steak spot on medium rarity, the chicken of the woman from this world. The chips were double fried and fresh, making them crispy and pleasant. The dessert was an absolute spirit blow, it was bread with chocolate, but because of the chefs sophisticated taste he made it probably top 3 dessert we have ever.
It’s all in the title. It used to be difficult to get reallly badly fed in a French seaside town, but we managed it. Charming staff could not disguise that kitchen was throwing out food that was overcooked and tasteless. Wine list non existent. Beer...good as were the fries. You can do much better in Cherbourg
Seems like most restaurants in this city, they are exclusive to French people! Watch the guy for ten minutes help people with and without reservations. came to our turn, just everything was booked... they wouldn't let us come back at a later time!... And the locals behind us were let in.
This popular brewery is a must in Cherbourg, both for its specialties with different sauces and for its professional service. We also like to meet for its atmosphere and decoration. Attention, it is highly recommended to book, victim of its success!

We found this restaurant by chance but wanted to say what an excellent lunchtime meal we had. Food and service was very good and would throughly recommend it. We would certainly return when visiting Cherbourg.
