Are you looking for vegetable or vegan pastry? By conviction or obligation? Don't look for an appointment at the Saint-Gérges counter! Not only do they do it on order but they do it well. I had the pleasure of being able to order a chocolate bite for Christmas and a strawberry cake with red fruit for 31. We had fun! even non-allergic have tasted and we find our excellent desserts. the visual was not put aside, each cake was very beautiful to see. Thanks for doing this for the family of great allergies, we finally had the pleasure of eating a safe dessert.
