Wow, what an incredible culinary experience for the taste buds! I opted for a wine pairing, and I really appreciated the flexibility of choosing different wines based on our selected dishes. In the end, I tried three appetizers and enjoyed exquisite wines that were perfectly matched (all private imports). The menu was tempting, making it hard to choose just a few items—we want to try everything! Each dish featured unique flavors and local ingredients, which was a delightful discovery. This is the best restaurant in Repentigny, and even if you're coming from Montreal, it's definitely worth the trip! The food is excellent, and the service is impeccable—especially from Luc André, among others—during both of our visits. I highly recommend it!
