First of all the service was pleasant though difficult to find when needed. Although they seemed short staffed, the service was cordial and attentive. The food on the other hand did not meet all my expections . I found most of the dishes a quite unbalanced. My appetizer was the razor clam and it was 1 razor clam in pieces with a sake spuma and white asparagus. The razor clam flavor was overly iodized and was not balanced by anything else as the spuma was extremely mild in taste and this left the plate not so pleasant. As for my main the fish with bisque, again it was unbalanced. The bisque was delicious, homemade with strong umami flarvors which overpowered the fish that was quite blend. The...
The dinner was booked a week in advance, and when we arrived on time, we found that there was no parking space, so we asked the front desk and got the answer that we could park in front of the hotel. The wine list was extensive, but we took the sommelier's advice and had a glass of German Riesling and a scallop with sabline as a side dish.The wine and the salmon roe pasta also matched very well.The bison was very tender and the toppings were very tasty. Next time I'm here, I'll have a few more wines, after all, the restaurant is known for its wines.A dinner to remember with a great view of the river.
This is a must go restaurant. It’s the worlds best French cuisine. I have never had such superb Western cuisine in my lifetime! The ingredients were world class and the presentation and plating is out of this world! Toronto please take note!

This was the best meat i’ve ever had, the textures we’re incredible. The service was excellent, choice of cocktails, change of cutlery, water, nothing negative for this place.
