I went to this restaurant accompanied by my mother and grandfather and we were outraged and disappointed. With my mother we took hamburgers (the Bougnat for me and L'italiano for my mother) and it was good but no more. The burger's bread is hard, even too toasted for my mother's bun and what surprised us was that the bread was pink. We are told at the end of the meal, that they work with local producers (which we also encourage) and the baker who provides them with burgers' bread adds food colour to the hibiscus seeds. Ah. We came to family dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products. Tastes well garnished with auvergnat cheese, delicious truffle and all for a more than affordable price. The waitresses are smiling and the chef is a tactician end to mix flavours. After our dinner we were able to exchange with the chef and the boss who are very friendly young people and who have a heart to put the Auvergne in their client's taste buds. We recommend this restaurant !!!!
2nd visit in 1 week This time I was able to taste the truffle and the Burger magma completed the card with a Burger bougnat A real treat with his nectaire melting on the steak... a pleasure. This small restaurant is really advisable but like any good address think about booking Thanks again to all the team soon for a next visit to the region
Good decor not necessarily terrible but pleasantly surprised. The burger and the homemade fries were excellent the succulent chocolate mousse and tatin pie accompanied by a ball of ice and whipped very good. We will certainly go back to taste other dishes. We came on the recommendation of friends and we were not disappointed! The products are fresh and delicious, the service is of quality we did not wait long to eat. Bravo to the chef for my sublime veggie tart that was delicious!
