Finally succulent black wheat cakes as in my childhood! Every time I come to see my friends in Paimpol (I am in the Paris region, every time I go take a tour of cakes, and pancakes (for my wife, who doesn't have the chance to be Breton, it also needs sweetness). They are delicious, and remind me of my grandmother's 'gauffres' that she was doing on Friday and that we were eating with dried milk... And, sign that doesn't deceive, they blacken their fingers...
