An amazing restaurant in a side street in the city center. The furnitures are strange and original though the place is cosy and familiar. The host is funny and welcoming and the food is wonderful. From default a nice pre-entree is offered (small toats with patè), then we divided a camembert and jambon as entree and we ordered mixed skewers (beef and kangaroo, so nice) and a bottle of wine. The Achille's heel of this restaurant has been the waiting time. It tooks TWO HOURS for having a shared entree and a main dish, sincerely too much. This is the reason why we didn't have a dessert (even if we'd like to) and why we're rating 4 stars and not 5.Anyway this restaurant is more than recommended (...
Waren gerade per Zufall im 'Le Croguervol ' gelandet. Was soll ich sagen: einfach klasse! Nichts für extrem Konservative, aber für alle Anderen ein Muss! Das Ambiente soll wohl an eine Hafenspelunke erinnern... absolut klasse! Viel Kunst an den Wänden auch zu erstehen. Die Musik relativ laut, aber Stones und Joe Bonamassa passten optimal. Chef bedient und Chefina kocht. Beides wirklich sehr, sehr gut. Hatten den Fisch des Tages und die Grillplatte mit Känguru ungewöhnlich, aber sehr lecker. Zum Dessert noch ein Baba Rhum und ein Apfelcrumble. Einfach ein Genuss. Erlebnisgastronomie der besonderen Art! Weiter so und alles Gute für die Zukunft. Hat unseren Aufenthalt bereichert.
Great meal at the Croguervol for a nice summer evening. The manager and his wife are adorable, in small care and dishes are tasty, hearty and at good price. After an entrance and a resistance dish, we no longer had room for dessert, regrettably because they looked delicious on the tables of our neighbors. The little attentions of Mr.Manager during the aperitif, the original and friendly atmosphere of the place and the music are so good alongside that make you want to come back very quickly to discover the other dishes of the map. I recommend the Croguervol the eyes closed.
Nous avons découvert ce restaurant au hasard d'une petite rue avec nos filles la semaine dernière et quel plaisir! Un patron super sympa, une deco originale et des plats goûteux à souhait. Une carte au trésor dessinée sur la table a occupé nos filles bien mieux que n'importe quel kit enfant... Les poissons étaient très bons et le petit rhum à la fin à fini de ravir nos papilles! Merci pour ce beau moment!

I didn't know that Concarneau restaurant. We were greeted for our first time by the new owners. Very nice surprise, the setting is very friendly, warm, and very pleasant to spend a good evening. The reception is smiling, welcoming by two professionals listening to the client. The kitchen is made home, it is even more appreciable, and of quality. We recommend this establishment, a nice surprise.
Très bonne cuisine, accueil chaleureux et bienveillant et le tout plongé dans un décor original eclabousser par de nombreux rires aux éclats et papilles savourant ces délicieux plats concoctés avec délicatesse et bon goût. Excellent experience. We come with a warm and funny welcome. Paste tarts offered us to start. On the menu, a variety of dishes. I took the calamars that were excellent and served in a beautiful presentation. The desserts look delicious too. A glass of rum was also offered at the end of the meal. Thank you.
