Not bad, but not very wanted either. We do not eat meat (we preceded it on arrival). Aperitif served at the same time as the entrance. The potimarron cream crushed a large bowl of vegetable milling quite fade. Then, a white bar net with a gratin ham (not specified in the menu and we do not eat meat... and spinach flan (was a little fade and not very greedy). dessert chocolate base that did not melt very. Anyway, not bad in itself, but frankly not terrible. Better eat at home!
Don't trust them! I ordered a cocktail with passion fruit. Let's say that this cocktail was not made with fresh fruit, which is frankly a shame. At least I expected it to be fruit juice from passion, as it was written... I finally realized that it was pineapple juice, pineapple to which I am intolerant. The food was very good but my whole meal ended at the bottom of the toilet bowl 2 hours later, what a nice mess...
If this is the restaurant of the hotel des Vallées à la Bresse, these 3 are not consistent with its reputation. Why? Because on the occasion of a barbecue evening billed at 31€, the delivery of the cooks was not even at the height of a self of large surface! Indigent entries, precooked barbecue meats, one vegetable available, desserts, etc... On the other hand, the service is good. Happy again!
Visit on 15 August 2021. Resto gastronomic a great menu from beginning to end we highly recommend and waitress, waitresses with super pleasant and smiling top with a humorous brown that is very pleasant. Family RISSER

While staying at the hotel's residence, we ordered two pizzas and a Vosges salad to take away. Extremely disappointed. Unworthy of a 4-star hotel restaurant.
