There is so much to say... 1 3:40 p.m. we arrive, Sabine already starts by telling us that arrivals are at 4 p.m. after checking, no it's 3 p.m. Then, we were given a very quick tour of the room, without any instructions (WiFi, breakfast, activities, surroundings). We discovered everything in a well hidden notebook 5 days later. 2 extremely small studio: the kitchen is a kitchenette, impossible to put a frying pan and a saucepan at the same time no tea towel no trash can no storage except a mini cupboard with 3 hangers. The room is good but not for a long stay. we had planned 9 nights: impossible. 3 but the worst is that we had to cut our stay short by 3 nights for personal reasons. We asked...
I recently stayed at Domaine du Chainet and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The accommodation was simply top notch, offering absolute comfort and all the necessary amenities to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the estate was also a huge plus. Ideally located, I was able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscapes, while being close to Annecy. Whether exploring the surrounding nature or simply relaxing in peaceful surroundings, Domaine du Chainet was the perfect location. I highly recommend this gite to anyone looking for a memorable stay in a beautiful location. Rooms: Shower bath
We stayed at Domaine du Chanet Access to this area it is desirable to have a well-equipped car or SUV (especially not a low car The room was good but we had no information on wifi and TV (see the booklet The very small kitchenette with very few accessories, wait your turn to have a meal Breakfast was ok Above all, avoid “table d’hôte” meals. Ex barbecue meal at €30 without drinks (a small overcooked sausage per person!! The swimming pool was cleaned on the last day, so we felt a little disappointed given the prices Food drinks: Avoid very expensive meals
We stayed at the Domaine du Chainet... the place is exotic and there is calm! The setting is magnificent. The estate is well located; near Annecy and Aix les Bains. The swimming pool is very pleasant in hot weather. Sabine and Alain are very welcoming hosts. The room Le Refuge de la Forêt is really pleasant, spacious, decorated with care and with a very beautiful view of the swimming pool. The breakfast is varied and with local products. We spent two nights at Domaine du Chainet. Very warm welcome from Sabine and Alain, lovely spacious room, delicious “homemade” breakfast, beautiful swimming pool, very popular. A very pleasant and relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, the outdoor space is very pleasant. The location of the estate allows you to enjoy the lakes, the mountains, while being close to the city of Annecy. The breakfast is great, with local products! Thank you for the warm welcome.
