Le Dragon had been recommended by a foodie friend, so we anticipated an excellent meal and we were not at all disappointed. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Being vegetarian makes us a problem for some restaurants but we were very pleased with the options at Le Dragon. The veggies were crisp, the sauces subtle but tasty. The non alcoholic fruit drink was a delight!
We were lucky to find this place. The pho was tasty & had a few skinny bean sprouts on top of the wide vermicelli noodles, with a tiny sprig or two of cilantro. It hit the spot cuz we wanted pho, not as good as pho in Hawaii but very very good for France!!
The best Chinese of Carcassonne, I go and I have also delivered on occasion, for over 30 years, everything is extra, continue to treat us!!

"Very quaint place with average service but above average food. We seat upstairs the fist night and enjoyed the 28euro menu items and salads. For New Years we had a 42 Euro menu which was fantastic. Highly recommend this place."
