A CATHEDRAL OF HUMANITY. We went there for dinner because it was one of the few restaurants open in the center of Moulins. We ate, and we ate well. But the best thing about this place is the climate and atmosphere that its owner is able to generate. A girl was celebrating her 20th birthday with her parents, and a small group of friends. Very good local food restaurant. Everything is very homemade, made on the spot and in full view of the customers. Very good meat.
