I wish I could give four and a half stars, which would be more accurate. We enjoyed our meal here and thought it was very fair for the price. The space is airy and feels like dining on some French Polynesian island. The service was friendly and attentive.The drink and wine menus have lots of interesting options. We started with oysters, which, combined with the bread served atthe table, were the worst part of the meal. The bluepoints tasted fishy and left an unpleasant aftertaste that even the lovelymignonette could not kill we left two of them on the plate. I would give this restaurant a solid 4 stars. Every dish I tried was enjoyable, and it seems like you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The ambiance is quite charming, although I wasn’t particularly fond of the ice cream sundae dessert. I really liked the salmon bowl; it was full of flavor, and I finished every bite. The smoked salmon on latkes and the steak tacos were also delightful. The cocktails were decent as well. I would definitely return, but I wouldn’t rush back since I don’t live nearby. If I were closer, I’m sure I’d be a regular customer.
Le Fat Poodle never disappoints. The salmon lunch special was absolutely outstanding. My husband and our out of town guest got the salmon special and raved that it was perfection! Our guest can 't wait to come back to OG to go to the Poodle. She said she could, eat here every day after seeing eclectic, something-for-everyone menu for the first time. Service is always spot on too! Fabulous! Thank you!
We eat at Le Fat Poodle a few times a month and the food is always very good. Creative, well executed menu and daily specials, reasonable wines by the bottle or glass. As is the style for some time the tables are tight and it can get loud. Greenwich prices, but, hey this Greenwich and it does not disappoint.

The restaurant had a lively atmosphere, and the food and drinks were fantastic. I really enjoyed the tuna tartare, beet salad, salmon, and red snapper. The Key Lime pie was equally delightful and refreshing. I also appreciated the cheerful birthday song—it added a fun touch!
Consistently interesting and well prepared food. Lots of items on the menu worth exploring. Servers very efficient and professional.
The food was fantastic. Our table was just right. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall vibe of the restaurant!
