I love the Ferrage. In my opinion it is the best restaurant in the Port de Soleil and one of the hidden pearls in Switzerland. We go there several times a summer - as a couple, with our kids, with friends and business guests. The food is homemade though so dont expect a quick meal. The menu is typical mountain food with the welcome addition of grilled meat skewers and lovely homemade desserts, and the best homemade fries you can imagine. The local cheese they use (Champso!) is among the best in Switzerland. Try the fondue with wild garlic. The view of the Dent du Midi is world class. Wir trafen uns in Morgins und gingen umher, es dauerte etwa 75 Minuten, gefolgt von Aperitifs draußen, Mittagessen drinnen und Dessert draußen. Es war entspannend und großartig, um sich unter die Leute zu mischen. Das Wetter war selbst Mitte September außergewöhnlich und die Aussichten daher spektakulär. wir waren wirklich gut. durch ein freundliches Personal, das sich auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse einstellt. This restaurant would not exist were it not for the view of the Dents du Midi. The view is truly impressive. The food is reasonable, but not inspired. The service is painfully beyond belief. The restaurant is beatifully located with a splendid view on the Alps, the famous Dents du Midi. We had a very good lunch. Excellent cheese fondue with boletus. Our other dish was a quite nice Ferrage ommelette with very good French fries and salad. Good...wine list. Very friendly staff and good coffee.

We were doing the MTB tour of the Portes du Soleil when we took a slight wrong turn and ended up having a late lunch here. Stunning beyond belief. friendly and a great choice of dishes. We both went for salads which were imaginative and...fresh. The view was to die for and i needed that beer!
