02.07.2022 : once again to Florentin la Capelle at Florentin for a dinner and a night. Very good establishment in CALME that offers you a beautiful service in general. Careful decoration, simple and tasty meals highlighting local products, Very clean family establishment, parking. Good value quality/price Good reception and patrons in small care for the customers Enjoy the terrace in the evening it's magical...and made the village tour on foot after...what view. The restaurant is located in a pretty small village a little away from the main roads, which gives it a very pleasant calm. It makes the beautiful part to fresh and local products, so beautiful dishes to taste... The boss is very nice. The menu (3 dishes) is offered at 25€, which is very correct. A beautiful address that comes out of the beaten paths.

I don’t hesitate to let 5 stars stay very pleasant, welcoming and beautiful owners. the kitchen at night and the quality of breakfast was very good. I'll probably be back next time I'm in the area.
Simplistic map offering salads and some regional specialities. Few choices and frankly the salads are disappointing. For me it is all about a snack but no taste value in the dishes.
