Great! We stopped by chance at the return of Pierre Saint Martin. We progressed timidly because we were still a Sunday. A group of old car lovers had just finished their meals. The mistress of the place received us warmly, explaining their concept. We visited the splendid fishing pond, waiting for Jean-Marc to finish with his guests. He fished under our eyes trouts that were cooler for the blow, and at an unbeatable price. If we had already known him, we would have taken more. In short, it is a beautiful and warm place, we will come back with pleasure, but next time we will eat. Thank you very much, and for the pleasure.
Jean-Marc is welcoming and chatty as before. He had lit the wonderful fire for us and started cooking our delicious pig there. He shared with us his Garbure recipe, which I just did! Thank you!
