HONG HA EAT YOUR HEART OUT! YUM! The Vietnamese roll with roast pork and crackling is first of its kind and it's absolutely irresistible. You can choose from a range of white, wholemeal or multigrain quality rolls which are substantive and it's the only place in Sydney to get it. Another Surprise is their range of authentic quality sourdough at a most reasonable price of $6 for a sourdough rye loaf, most places you pay substantially more. Since I discovered Le Fusion I am a fervent fan, it's now my go to place.

Erstaunliche Bäckerei im Herzen von Marrickville. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und einladend, Sie werden immer effizient und schnell serviert, ist großartig, wenn Sie mit der Zeit kurz sind und einen köstlichen Snack wünschen. Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort gewesen bin, war das Brot schon immer frisch, und Sie können nicht an den tollen Preisen vorbeigehen.
