The night I went there, it was very quiet and all along the dinner, there were only two other tables. very clean and chic. The server was nice and offered us a delicious free entry! It was a kind of eggplant mix that was fine with the bread that accompanied it. we booked for a Saturday evening in November and arrived to find the restaurant almost full. we were given a nice round table (thank you) and a delicious spring roll arrived in no time. the menu is imposing but there are several standard menus available to suit most preferences and budgets. my main beef dish wore a spicy warning, but I found it a little fade. the alternative shrimp dish on the menu at 30 € was excellent and fresh. The volcano chocolate dessert was perfect. despite the fact that the restaurant is completely full, the service was excellent, friendly and punctual. alternative to the many good French restaurants of cahors.
this charming restaurant is an oasis in a region full of foie gras and duck. We enjoyed the vegetarian curry and the fish net, both delicious and seasoned with an interesting mix of spices. I don't know the cuisine of the country, so I can't say how authentic this food is. However, it's really good and it changes a lot of French cuisine in the Cahors region. No one speaks English at the restaurant so you are alone to decipher the menu if you do not speak much French. However, some elements are quite simple so that you do not mistake. Try desserts too. fried bananas are delicious and iced desserts at another table were allevious.

good atmosphere, quick and efficient service and delicious food. make a good menu of the day at lunch time for 14 euros includes 3 dishes and a drink (including a glass of wine.) tasty but not very spicy but they will give chilies or chili paste if requested.
we visited the restaurant several times and the staff is always friendly. food is made for the very sweet French taste. every time I have to ask for the sambak olek, why don't they have it on the table so that you can adjust the taste to your point.
