Attention, change of owner: quality, service, atmosphere and dishes are no longer the same! The photos are not recent .... The entrance that happens while the aperitif is not finished, (the waitress that does not know if an aperitif house is proposed, corked wines, flat out of price compared to the quality ... decoration (table chairs that does not highlight the beauty of the stones of this beautiful room, disappointment ... the Grangousiernd life clearly ETAIT our restaurant Habitants in this beautiful region, these feelings are well shared by other Ardéchovies friends who came to dinner or lunch, who also used the ancient Grangousier. Too bad!

UN-SU-PER restaurant ! Choix sur la carte restreint gage de qualité. La cuisine y est goûteuse et gourmande. J'ai mangé les gnocchis à la pomme de terre les plus moelleux de ma vie. Le service a été réalisé en famille durant le week-end de l'ascension. Ils ont assuré. Tout le staff est sympathique dans ce restaurant, y compris la cuisine. Et n'oublions pas l'environnement du restaurant : une superbe batisse avec salle voûtée et murs en pierres. Même pour aller aux WC, vous enprumterez un magnifique escalier en colimaçon. Je vous le recommande vivement.

Cette fois nous avions pris soin de réserver à l'avance. Et nous avions bien fait. Menu ballade cévenole pour moi et Grangousier pour mon mari. Les plats étaient parfaits. J'y retournerai sans doute, ne serait -ce que pour la tapenade en dessert. Quelle vraie surprise ! Les serveurs attentionnés et souriants.Bref: un vrai bon moment.

Toujours un régal. J'y ai mangé plusieurs fois et y ai trouvé des gouts délicieux. Le patron mérite son titre de maître restaurateur et le service est impeccable. Evidemment, ne pas s'attendre a une assiette chargée type routier car ici c'est de la cuisine raffinée, mijotée et vraiment bien exécutée. bravo ! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Das Essen war lecker.Es passt aber im Preisleistungsverhältnis mit anderen Restaurants im Umkreis nicht wirklich. Von daher muss ich einen Punkt abziehen. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Lokal. Wenn man mal etwas anderes als den üblichen Mainstream probieren möchte ist man hier richtig.

Nous avons déjeuné dans ce restaurant en terrasse et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Rapport qualité prix super avec de très bons mets de l'entrée au dessert. Des produits frais et de qualité. Un personnel très professionnel. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Very beautiful restaurant, magnificent vaulted room very well restored in the center of Vans. The place is superb. Cooked with local products, the roast Ribes chicken was famous. A little undercooked, perhaps.
