The restaurant changed ownership two years ago. Since then, it is no longer a French cuisine restaurant, but a Chinese restaurant of refined Sichuan cuisine, in a research setting that is the rest of its French origin. Very good meal, authentic and very tasty cuisine. Excellent homemade ravioli as well as beef soup. I was able to enjoy this moment with Chinese people who also really enjoyed the dinner. Friendly service with explanations of the dishes and willingness to share Chinese culinary culture. I also had the chance to taste a very good Bordeaux wine during the meal which only increased the guests' satisfaction. Great experience, worth repeating.
First visit yesterday. one of the best Chinese betting restaurants we see, which are very busy! We took a broth of marinated cabbage, crispy chicken (very crispy and crunchy eggplants, chef's specialty. My wife, Chinese, told me she never had a better fish broth. This delicious meal has put us in a good mood for the whole day. Bravo to the chief! Run!
