The restaurant changed ownership two years ago. Since then, it is no longer a French cuisine restaurant, but a Chinese restaurant of refined Sichuan cuisine, in a research setting that is the rest of its French origin. First visit yesterday. one of the best Chinese betting restaurants we see, which are very busy! We took a broth of marinated cabbage, crispy chicken (very crispy and crunchy eggplants, chef's specialty. My wife, Chinese, told me she never had a better fish broth. Really delicious. I took eggplants with smoky pork and my wife had the crispy duck. Both were very good, even tea and admissions.
