We had a latish lunch, five of us eating a selection of mains : plat du jour, a 'piece of meat ', steak and two of us had ribs. The restaurant was quiet, and we had time to finish a beer waiting for our meals to be served. The steak, meat and burger were fine. The ribs, covered in a hot and sticky bbq sauce, seemed OK, but under the surface were still frozen. We gently sent them back. Ten minutes later the same ribs were sent back this time piping hot, although the plates had been garnished with fresh frites. Not much of an apology, and no gesture of goodwill was offered.
