Absolutely terrible. Mediocre food for astronomical prices. Most memorable will be the shockingly atrocious service. Staff and management were inattentive and downright rude. Our returned full plates were not even commented on. When we complained and offered feedback, after our 550CHF bill for 4 people (ok wine was 150) the manager offered us a free coffee! Really! They were not even interested in feedback. Save yourselves, your wallets and your time. avoid like the plague!
We expected a lot more from this place. Admittedly we didn't get off to the best of starts as they couldn't find our booking, then they granted us a table as they 'happened to have one free. The service was not that friendly, the wine we chose not up to scratch and very little choice for half bottles. It all seemed a bit snobbish and the food was OK but really nothing special at all. In our opinion the food is totally overpriced.
Wir waren zuerst auf den Berg gelaufen und hatten beschlossen, das Wetter in Ruhe zu lassen. Wir fanden einen schönen Ort nicht weit entfernt. Fantastische Aussicht und das Essen einfach unglaublich. Der Manager ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Koch hat unsere Gerichte individuell zubereitet. Hattest du einen schlechten Tag? Kommen Sie einfach vorbei und sie werden Sie aufmuntern.
very good restaurant but a stressful atmosphere in the servers because of the 2 services. a 19h and 21.15. As they are very slow, they ask you to clear the table if you go to 7:00. They even make in front of you the preparation of the other tables with great noise. Too bad because the rest is fine. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We visited this restaurant in 2015 with a group after a sledging tour down. The vista is unbelievable. The food was fantastic! I am seeking out this restaurant again in March 2017 with the same group -- can't wait to go back!
