discover this restaurant in melun opened since July small room pleasant on the human scale and the charming welcome of the saint patron. the service is always in a quiet and effective way and we see arriving pleasant, tasteful and hearty dishes: cake mellow foie gras duck at the entrance, duck breast with brie sauce or thighs of cailles with figs in the dishes and to finish a pleasure of the English speculos cream with jasmin tea or a chocolate pistachio sorbet pistachio! back in this house to enjoy the egg mullet on its smoky salmon julienne, sand carrots, dried ink tiles and a wonderful lemon pie accompanied by its lemon mousse, fruit of passion heart.
