Like every time we're around, we're coming! Tonight we were 6 and took: 1 piece of butcher 1 capucine 1 blue cord 1 Vosges salad 1 carbo paste 1 ballad All the dishes were good, even if there were some imperfections. Indeed, the butcher’s room was not made in the requested way, the carbo pasta was fade and the pizzas were less good than usual, unfortunately... Concerning desserts we took: sorbet lemon coffee gourmet island floating The sorbets were super good however floating island as well as the gourmet coffee did not unanimously due to a lack of English cream for one of the desserts and the other did not taste so much. Obviously we will come back but we hope that next time, our experience...
One of the few restaurants opened on Thursday noon in the centre of Bruyères. Very pleasant decoration, medieval style (parquet, castle atmosphere of King Arthur up to the latrines! . Very warm welcome. We tested the menu from noon to 13€90: ham quiche, chicken Provencal sauce and fries, dessert: white cheese with honey. Everything was made home, served copied and very good. Excellent price. To test without hesitation!
What a beautiful discovery! Both for the frame and the copied dishes. Wood burning pizzas are very good. A lot of choices. It's for all tastes. We'll be back in our passages in the Vosges
